Argumentative Essay

Driver’s License Age Restriction

In Indonesia, there are many under age who are able to drive vehicles but they haven't got driver’s license yet and that makes another drivers feel annoyed. A resource from Indonesian Police mentioned that many casualties involve teenage drivers. According to Mr. Boy Rafli from Indonesian Police certain numbers which involve teenage drivers approximately 25-30%. He thinks how teenage drive is not well train enough. Driving is not something we can underestimate, there are two main reasons why driver’s license age restriction is important, that would be the immaturity of teenagers and casualty cases.

First of all, the day they get driver’s license they feel they will look for freedom. In this case parents will not have a chance to control them anymore and if there will be any forces to the teenagers they will try to against their own parents. Later on the children tend to lie about whether they are driving while their parents away from home for work or take care of things. If this keeps happening the teenagers can easily go to the wrong directions they think they know everything or they can handle anything turn out they barely have experiences about riding vehicles.

Second of all, driving needs full emotional and teenagers are tend to be childish. They would over react when something happen while they are driving, in addition because they think they know everything and can do anything while driving they tend to show of and speed up without thinking what effects they will cause by doing it. The truth is they put danger to another drivers or even people who walks around the street. Hopefully, parents prepare their teenager children on safe driving and practicing it might be decrease a certain number of accidents caused by under age drivers.
Refutation of the idea above that those teenagers do have the right for them to drive vehicles, also they cant be considered as a little kid. They can be more independent to do their activities without depending with the parents. We do know there are a lot of adult drivers who are the cause of casualty too.

In conclusion, here are several reasons why driver’s license age restriction is important, the immaturity of teenagers and casualty cases. it would take risks for the teenagers and it is also would take the lives of many innocent civilians in the street. Parents really should prepare their teenage children to allow them drive it may can help to decrease casualty

Being a journalist also helps to communicate in so many ways, to see different perspectives of each assumption.
For experiences i have been part of many events in the university as a MC. In addition, i used to write papers and essays at university in formal ways. Me, Myself, and I

People usually say that the only child is immature, stubborn, childish and everything. No, not in my family being the only child in my family has made me to be a very independent teenager since my parents always ask me to do everything on my own. Speaking about my parents, My father is a contractor and my mother is a housewife. Back again discussing my personalities i am a kind of very random person and people might say i am a very different teenager than these days. I do like old songs, old movies, etc. The best thing about myself i think i don't care what people think about me genuinely otherwise those mocks have made me feel stronger, they just envy for what i have or able to do. Next thing about my self is i really like talking. I swear to God i do. Somehow people think if too many talking is not good but i don't find it that way. i take this "talking" as a how i get information from people around me. Since junior high school i was part of organization for 2 years that was the beginning of my interest to become active as a student. Along the way as a high school student it became more interesting i was deeply falling for being active. i like to spent my time for meetings, events, leadership and stuff. I'd like to know people better, teachers, and many out of my society.

Growing up I have always been thinking to be a journalist, a business woman, and a govt. employee. Become a student at university has opened up my mind that I need to decide which way to go, I really do need to think about my future more often and try to find the resolution to achieve those aims. Every plans have their own positive and negative sides, don’t they? My mother disagree about I want to be a journalist and of course she had the arguments about it, my father is such a great supporter he just want me to be very happy. My mom’s disapproval about me being a journalist never drag me down, I mean I could still only learn about the courses.. that is why in this student exchange program hopefully I could choose journalism major to study.
